is slowly working it's way across the United States creating various forms of precipitation. It's snowing here now - that light powdery stuff that makes it seem like a soft fluffy blanket. Our blue chrismas lights on the roof are adding a hazy glow to the mix that makes you want to sigh in awe and wonder. The cats are snuggled in the quilts on the bed. In the oven I'm drying orange slices sprinkled with cinnamon and cloves. Such a warm rich smell that makes me giddy with Christmas joy.
Do you dry them just for potpourri? I think I might try that. Sounds yummy!
