Greg's been working hard to win an Accuquilt GO! Fabric Cutter. I lost track a couple weeks ago just how many yards he's gone through. I'm surprised there's anything FABRIC left in the house at all. But as Quilters, I'm sure you know that those scrap and yardage demons hide in your storage boxes and keep looming up more. It all goes to 3 good causes though!
This photo is everything that was Posted and READY to be bagged and tagged on Monday night. About 90 pillowcases, 7 quilts and 9 blankets? I forgot to actually count them.
AND THIS is all the pillowcases (posted and counted for points) 114 total and it stands at 32 inches high! And had to be supported. Just as a side note at about 80.. the stack bulges and collapse from the center.
WOW....great work...and those totals don't include the others who are making things and sending them to the charities from their own homes...so charities are really benefiting a LOT from Greg's quest for a GO!!! Yippee!!!
ReplyDeleteGreg certainly deserves to win a GO!
ReplyDeleteGreg you are doing a great job! And thank you Brooke for sharing this!
ReplyDeleteThink of all those kids that are going to benefit from all your work. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of those in need, and inspiring others to do the same.
